JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.11.2015 on the accusation that one hammer is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession and so far as the recovery of other articles is concerned, the same has been made from the shop of the co-accused Md.Shabbir. So far as the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that petitioner has been remanded in two other cases which were lodged after institution of the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12613 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S.Case No. 187 of 2015.
