The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna) Town P.S. Case No. 622 of 2019 registered under Sections 364 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 04.03.2020 and 15.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 11550 of 2020 and 1996 of 2020 respectively.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2471 of 2020(4) dt.23-02-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 622 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. as well as subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (ii) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
(iii) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial court.
