Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the past, prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner has already been rejected and that order has got finality. The petitioner neither complied the said order nor challenged the same.

Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this application for anticipatory bail again. Accordingly, it stands dismissed in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 261 of 2019. Petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14503 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 failing which the court below shall take coercive step for apprehension of the petitioner and shall submit a report to this Court in this regard.
