This Court is of the opinion that the writ petition is not maintainable inasmuch as the remedy of the petitioner lies before the Circle Officer, Sanjhauli, District-Rohtas under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 6 i.e. the Circle Officer, Sanjhauli, District-Rohtas, who shall take cognizance of the complaint of the petitioner and act as per the provisions of the Bihar Public
