JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16, 17, 18, 20 and 23 of U.A.P. Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of coaccused, Kirani Bind @ Kirani Singh, who has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since long.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15055 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016.
