The petitioner seeks bail in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, 03 miscreants on the gunpoint looted motorcycle, purse containing cash, Aadhar Card, PAN card and documents of vehicle of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of this petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of his confession recorded in Sultanganj PS Case No. 65 of 2021. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. No test identification parade has been held till date. Looted motorcycle has been recovered from the house of co-accused Ravindra Nath

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5019 of 2022(2) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 Gupta. Petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2021. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021.
