The petitioner seeks regular bail registered for the offence under Sections 384, 386, 387, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is against unknown. However, from the impugned order rejecting bail by the Sessions Judge, it is apparent that the name of the petitioner find place in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accused having similar allegation has been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this court by the order dated 11.02.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 4745 of 2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13390 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 8th Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 306 of 2015 subject to the condition that he will not indulgence such activity in future and any indulgence of the petitioner in criminal activity is reported may be ground for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
