The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-b) A, 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended with a country made pistol and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for five and half months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Brahmpura P.S.
