The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 366(A), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The father of the victim made allegation that Vikash Kumar kidnapped his minor daughter and the family members of Vikash Kumar also helped in kidnapping the daughter of the informant. The victim made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and disclosed that it was Vikash Kumar, who took her to Paigambarpur School, where two boys were standing. The victim was forcibly married to the petitioner, but she did not make any specific allegation against the petitioner. The age of the victim is assessed as 17 to 19 years. The petitioner is in jail since 14.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22623 of 2015 (3) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Randhir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in Khiri More P.S. Case No. 55 of 2014.
