Mr. Nitya Nand Tiwary, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 504 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 307, 323, 332 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is allegation of assault against petitioners is general and omnibus in nature and no specific allegation has been levelled against the

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioners caused injury to the informant as well as police personnels.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.
