JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2023 In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 25.02.2023, the learned counsel for the State has produced a cheque for a sum of Rs.5,44,217.87/-, drawn in favour of the petitioner, which is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in full and final settlement of the price of the seized 238 bags of rice along with interest.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the grievance of the petitioner has stood redressed, hence,
