The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 361/2018 registered under Sections 420/504/406 of the Indian Penal Code & 138 of the N.I. Act.
It appears from perusal of the complaint petition that the petitioner had issued two cheques of Rs. 2 lakhs each which stood dishonoured when presented with the banker due to insufficient fund.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are chances of compromise between petitioner and the complainant and he would take steps for the same.

No.2068 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 Be that as it may, the petitioner, if so advised, may enter into a settlement otherwise on deposit of Rupees Four lakhs, which is the cheque amount, in the court below, subject to result of the case, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Complaint Case No. 361 of 2018, subject to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This application is disposed of accordingly.
