The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

A motor cycle bearing registration No. BR 02R7792 of the informant was stolen from the book fair. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but the motor cycle was recovered from the possession of Ghulam Mustafa. Ghulam Mustafa stated that the petitioner had given the said motor cycle to Ghulam Mustafa.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is in jail since 26.03.2015and the name of the petitioner figured in the case on the statement of Ghulam Mustafa, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21633 of 2015 (3) dt.07-09-2015 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 706 of 2014.
