The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ballia P. S. Case No. 196 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 527, 379, 384, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the informant, a fact which has come in the impugned order also. It is further submitted that as per allegations, the petitioner is said to have demanded a Rangdari tax of Rs. 50000/- and the informant claims to have suffered a loss of Rs. 6000/- due to cutting of four Mango trees and 10 Guava trees.

Learned APP for the State is present.

No.2083 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 In the facts and circumstances, considering the nature of allegations, the petitioner above named, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P. S. Case No. 196 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) avin/-ved/- U T
