Mr.S.D. Yadav- Aag9 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that he has been posted at Bettiah Medical College of third post whereas only two posts are admissible. He apprehends that on his posting at Bettiah he could not get regular salary.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure payment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.23221 of 2018(3) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 salary of this petitioner in the first week of every month, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to return back to his original place of posting at PMCH. As the respondents cannot post the doctor at non-existent post and deny salary. Petitioner is directed to join the transfer post within a period of fortnight from today.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
