2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Koelwar P.S. Case No. 408 of 2024 registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109, 121(1), 121(2), 132, 352 351(2), 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

3. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition granting liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

4. Permission is granted.

5. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4856 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 withdrawn with liberty, as indicated above.
