The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant got information that his brotherin-law Bablu Yadav was killed. The informant found the dead body of Bablu Yadav in a mustard field. The informant got secret information that Bipin Yadav, brother-in-law of Bablu Yadav, his wife Nilam Devi, Ganesh Yadav, Amir Yadav, Raushan Yadav, petitioner, son-in-law of Bipin Yadav and Garho Yadav, father-inlaw of Bipin Yadav killed Bablu Yadav. The informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and he disclosed the name of the petitioner on mere suspicion. Garho Yadav has already been

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 700 of 2014.
