The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No.63 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/32(ii)/38(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the house of this petitioner huge quantity of foreign liquor was recovered.

Submission is that the place of recovery is a newly constructed house and the family members does not reside therein. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. However, in the event of surrender
