The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.10.2019. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, there is general and omnibus allegation and the petitioner has remained in custody for more than seven months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in
