The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 30.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21392 of 2019. In pursuance to the order dated 26.07.2021, status report of trial in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 612 of 2018 (Sessions Trial No. 63 of 2020) has been received and kept at Flag-R, in which it is reported that the case is running for prosecution evidence since 10.07.2020. Prosecution has not examined any witness till now. Next date fixed for prosecution evidence is 25.08.2021.

Considering the fact that there is no new ground in this application, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15010 of 2021(3) dt.05-10-2021 2/2 bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 612 of 2018 (Sessions Trial No. 63 of 2020) pending before the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge XI, Sitamarhi.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed. However, Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible within a period of one year from the date of initiation of normal physical proceeding and /or through Video Conferencing and S.S.P., Sitamarhi is directed to ensure production of the witnesses in the case on each and every date fixed without fail.
