The present application has been preferred: for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for quashing the order dated 11.09.2025 and its consequential letter dated 16.09.2025 whereby and whereunder on the basis of false report of Revenue Karamchari the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by respondent No.4 and further prayer of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1316 of 2026(2) dt.29-01-2026 2/2 petitioner is for declaring the raiyatee land of Mauza-Bihta to the Survey Plot no. 142, Area-5.23 acre and Plot no. 139, Area-2.59 acre total area-7.82 acre under Khata No.

292, Tauzi No. 3902 by issuing the rent receipts in the favour of the petitioner and for other necessary relief/ reliefs on the basis of facts and circumstances of the case.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Danapur, Patna (the newly added respondent) for the redressal of the grievance.

5. Learned State Counsel submits that if such petition is preferred, it shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

6. Allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent with a direction to him to issue notice to all the parties and take the matter to its logical conclusion, the writ petition is disposed of.
