The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K Nagar (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 511 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 307, 385, 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased and the trial of the case has proceeded and two wienesses have been examined.
