Petitioner is said to have been arrested along with one stolen motorcycle for which petitioner is in jail custody since 10.12.2015.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any concern with the seized motorcycle and, as a matter of fact, one unknown person met with an accident and fled away from there leaving behind his motorcycle. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,
