2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 367, 368, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in the FIR is that the husband of the petitioner came to the house of the informant, and requested the informant to deposit Rs.1,05,000/- in his Mirco Finance Company and thereafter, it is stated that the company shifted from the said place and the said amount was misappropriated.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner however submits that as a matter of fact, the petitioner who is the house wife has nothing to do with the finance company of her husband and she is no way involved in the entire alleged transaction. It has further been submitted that the husband of the petitioner Raj Kumar Singh has already been granted the privilege of bail on the ground of a compromise which was arrived at between the parties and said compromise petition along with the bail order of the husband of the petitioner has been annexed as Annexure -P/1 to the present petition. It has further been submitted that since the petitioner had filed her anticipatory bail application before the said compromise, it is on account of such reason that her application was dismissed by the learned court below.

Considering the fact that a compromise has already been arrived at and the thrust of allegation is also against the husband of the petitioner, who has already been released on bail, accordingly, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within a period of four weeks from today the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/ successor court in Kotwali P.S.Case No.193 of 2024, subject to condition as laid
