Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the prayer portion of the petition and is accordingly permitted.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On account of some sort of abnormal activities having taken at the end of the petitioner, petitioner Ajay Yadav, who was earlier granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge under B.P. No.694 of 2014 vide order dated 14.07.2014 (Annexure-3) was withdrawn, on account of subsequent filing of B.P. No.736 of 2014 vide order dated 20.08.2014 (Annexure-4). By way of supplementary affidavit, it has been submitted that in pursuance of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21836 of 2015 (02) dt.08-07-2015 order dated 14.07.2014 passed in B.P.No.694 of 2014, petitioner has not furnished bail bond and on account thereof, happens to be under custody since 15.04.2014.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ajay Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. S. B. Khan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P. S. Case no.20 of 2014. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
