This is an application for regular bail for the offence under sections 394/411 of the I.P.C.
The F.I.R. is against unknown. However, name of the petitioners finds place in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that neither any recovery has been affected nor the petitioners have been put on the test identification parade. He further submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail
