====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. The position today is that the petitioner has complied with the formalities of filling up of the pension papers which is accepted by the State authorities. Further, learned counsel for the State submitted that the authorities have assured that sanction order will be forwarded to the Accountant General within one week from today.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that the State authorities should live up to their commitment given before the Court today and further that the Accountant General shall issue necessary authority slip

Patna High Court CWJC No.6766 of 2017 (6) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 within two weeks from the date of receipt of the sanction order and thereafter the concerned Treasury Officer shall also make payment to the petitioner of his retiral dues, in accordance with law.
