JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No.855 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 384, 506 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner used to sent dirty message to his daughter on her mobile and some times he also used to call the informant and demanded extortion. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court
