2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 389 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown body was recovered from the field. Subsequently, the petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of one Birbal Yadav and he has said that the petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased. Except for the confessional statement of the petitioner, there is no evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4905 of 2025(3) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.389 of 2024.
