The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 420, 467, 424 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66C of the I.T. Act.

One person called from his mobile no. 9504367308 on the mobile of Dy. S.P. bearing no. 9431800086. During the course of investigation it transpired that sim no. 7654161693 was also used in the same mobile having I.E.M.I. no. 357929061351390. The petitioner is alleged to have sole the sim. The sim no. 9504367308 was issued in the name of Durga Devi. The same sim was not sold from the shop of the petitioner. The sim no. 7654161693 was sold from the shop of the petitioner but from the aforesaid sim no call was made and it was issued in the name of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21535 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 Pramod Paswan. The petitioner issued the sim after proper verification of identity of the purchasers. No illegality was found. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi, in connection with Dumra P.S.Case No. 73 of 2015.
