JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to be caught on the spot but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was caught by the informant on mere suspicion and in course of investigation, the informant admitted that petitioner himself had handed over the amount in question to the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.Case No. 38 of 2016.
