Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.4.2015 on the accusation that he along with others assaulted the informant. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but admittedly, except section 27 of the Arms Act, all sections are bailable in nature and so far as allegation of section 27 of the Arms Act is concerned, the same is not specific against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Murliganj P.S.
