Case is under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and on the appearance of the O.P.no.2 , the matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre, Begusarai, report of the Mediator is available at flag M' that discloses that both the parties have settled the dispute and ready to reside together and as such Opposite Party No.2 is residing with the petitioner in her matrimonial house. They have also given undertaking before the court that they will withdraw all the cases lodged against each other.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted the fact,

In such view of the matter, this application is allowed, provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24.01.2019 is confirmed on the condition that he will keep Opposite Party No.2 with dignity and care and as per the settlement before the Mediator.

Let the copy of the mediation report be sent to the court concerned for the needful.
