This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Penal Code. Having regard to the nature of allegation from the impugned order rejecting the bail petition, it is apparent that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Shri Amrendra Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
