JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Learned senior counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty that in case any adverse order is passed cancelling the jamabandi in any proceeding initiated under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011, he shall have the liberty to challenge the same.
