Petitioner seeks bail in Bandeya P.S. Case No.13 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching bag of the informant containing Rs.2,30,000/-, cheque book, pass books, identity card and mobile phone.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The police is said to have recovered one black bag containing one country made pistol, two cartridges, pass books and cheque relating to the present occurrence from possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that charge has already been framed against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Bandeya P.S.
