The petitioner is in custody in connection with C2/537/18, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody in connection with seizure of 51 liters Nepali Saufi liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released
