JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent Bihar State Social Welfare Board to make payment of a sum of Rs. 3,11,180/- on account of the professional remuneration due for the legal work rendered by the petitioner, but considering the positive attitude of the State Government, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for payment of the outstanding professional fees.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1846 of 2019(4) dt.28-06-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna by filing appropriate representation along with copies of the original bills, which shall be examined and appropriate decision shall be taken by the Director, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks thereafter and in case any amount is found payable, the same shall be paid forthwith.
