Petitioner, a fertilizer dealer, was found violating the terms of license and on account thereof has been prosecuted and for that he happens to be under custody since 26.3.15. Having considered aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Ranjit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties o the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No.142 of 2014.
