Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they used to beat the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and ultimately she has been killed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14938 of 2021(2) dt.10-08-2021 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that petitioners are the in-laws of the deceased. He submits that general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioners. He submits that husband of the deceased is in judicial custody. He further submits that petitioners bear no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and they are languishing in judicial custody since 05.09.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the husband of the deceased is in judicial custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Basopatti P.S.
