JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-02-2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties, with reference to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party No. 4, submits that the order of the writ court has been complied with and rent was paid to the father of the petitioner. The relevant part of the show cause is set out hereinafter.

"3. That it is stated that in compliance of the order dated 2.4.2009 the entire arrear of rent was paid to the father of the petitioner as would appear from payment register.

4. That it is stated that the answering opposite party after receiving of the copy of contempt application sought information from the incharge M.O. P.H.C. Ghoghardiha who vide his letter dated 15.06.2017 informed that the Additional Primary Health Centre, Chhajna, Ghoghardiha is functioning at the new building since 01.11.2009 and no rent is due since rent upto October, 2009 had been paid."

Considering the aforesaid, no further indulgence is required. The application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority/forum in accordance with law if he has any grievance.
