The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that minor girl of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioners has falsely been implicated in this case since he is friend of co-accused Bishwajeet Kumar @ Chhotu. The thrust of accusation is against co-

No.4954 of 2022(3) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 accused Bishwajeet Kumar @ Chhotu who has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 24.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36828 of 2020. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shageer/- U T
