The petitioner has filed this writ petition for release of the vehicle (truck) bearing Registration No. BR-2K-7822. Learned counsel for the State submits that the vehicle has already been released provisionally in pursuance of the order dated 01.08.2017, passed in Cr.W.J.C. No.699 of 2017 and by letter no.448, dated 10.02.2018.

Since the vehicle has already been released provisionally, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed.
