It was indicated in the said order that this Court may consider imposing exemplary cost, if this Court was not satisfied with the conduct of the functionaries of the School. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent No.6, stating there in that transfer certificate has since been made available to the petitioner, which is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, where the student/parent was made to approach this Court for issuance of transfer certificate and it is being admitted
that some of the candidates have yet not been handed over the transfer certificate, this application is disposed of with an observation that the concerned students/parents should be informed by the School for collecting the transfer certificates and they should be handed over the transfer certificates without any hassles.
