This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bhabha Police Station Case No. 584 of 2020, disclosing offences under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the accused persons, Dhananjay Pasi, the present petitioner and co-accused, Munna Pasi and Gudiya Devi forcibly caught the minor daughter of the informant seated in E-rickshaw and then fled away. After recovery, the statement of victim was recorded u/s 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she has stated in her statement that her parents had assaulted and it was the reason that she with her

Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhabhua, Kaimur, in connection with Bhabha Police Station Case No. 584 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
