The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 21,22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. It is alleged that 100 gms. of Heroine was recovered from possession of the petitioner. 100 gms. is less than commercial quantity and more than small quantity. The petitioner being lady has remained in jail since 05.01.2013 i.e. for more than two years 8 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions
