Standing Counsel (12) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-10-2025 Heard Mr. Vijay Shankar Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondents.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 04.09.2025 passed by this Court, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondents no. 1, 3 and 4. Learned counsel for the Respondents takes this Court to paragraphs 6 and 7 of the said supplementary counter affidavit which are reproduced hereinbelow:- "6. That the facts remains further that after receiving all the desired documents on the basis thereof the District Provident Fund Officer made recalculation of the GPF amount of the deceased father of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.1085 of 2025(3) dt.09-10-2025 2/3 and authorized the same vide authority letter bearing no. MOT/2025/FP/321 dated 27.09.2025 amounting to Rs.10,14,443/- (Ten Lakh Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred Forty Three) only along with uptodate interest and dispatched the same to the Block Development Office, Tetaria, East Champaran to make payment of the authorized amount.

7. That the facts remains that earlier issued authority letter of Rs. 47,588/- bearing no, MT/2022/FP/441 dated 10.09.2022 was revalidated vide letter no. 19 dated 27.09.2025 and sent the same to the Block Development Officer, Tetaria, East Champaran, for further necessary action.

3. In view of the above paragraphs 6 and 7, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed.

4. On the contrary, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation before the authority concerned, in case some grievances still remain to be addressed.

5. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1085 of 2025(3) dt.09-10-2025 3/3 representation with respect to the remaining dues, if any, before the Respondent No.4 (Block Development Officer, Tetaria, East Champaran) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the same shall be decided by the Respondent No.4 within a period of six week thereafter.
