Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. shows that she had solemnized her marriage with co-accused, Parwez Ansari. The victim was found major by the learned Magistrate.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13170 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 813 of 2015.
