JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pear (Hattha OP) P.S.Case No. 06 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant along with others. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that girl has been recovered and in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has stated that she has married with one Gangesh Gunjan on her own sweet will but she has not disclosed the name of petitioners. It has further been submitted that victim was aged about 21 years 11 months and 07 days on the date of occurrence and in support of that he has filed

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Romi Kumari, J.M 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Pear (Hattha OP) P.S.
