JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-370, 371(i), 372, 373, 419, 353, 427, 224, 109 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-6/8 of the POSCO Act and u/S 3/4/5/7 & 8 of the I.T.P. Act.

Two women are said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner and it is alleged that the petitioner was running brothel but submission on behalf of petitioner is that having similar allegation, several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14215 of 2016 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014 POSCO Trial No. 19 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Jehanabad.
